Dwr Cymru Welsh Water Draft Water Resources Management Plan 2024 - Pre Consultation

Every five years we develop our Water Resources Management Plan (WRMP) which sets out how we will manage our water resources across our supply area to meet current and future needs, over the next 25 years. We are currently developing our next Plan (WRMP24) for the period 2025 – 2050 and today are launching this pre-consultation to provide an opportunity for our stakeholders to give us their views on how we should develop our Plan and the priority areas that it should seek to address. A brief supporting information note is also attached to this email that sets out in a little more detail, our planned approach.

The pre-consultation will run until the 21st March 2022, please send any comments to Water.Resources@dwrcymru.com

Public Rights Of Way Map For Pembrokeshire.

NEW INTERACTIVE PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY MAP FOR PEMBROKESHIRE.

Members of the public can now easily view the public rights of way they have access to within their locality and further afield in Pembrokeshire, thanks to a new interactive map. Known as the definitive Public Rights of Way map, it allows users to view footpaths and bridleways throughout the county, as well as restricted byways and byways open to all traffic.

A useful feature is that if users click on a path, it will show its ID number and so if they have any concerns or want to discuss a path they will have the ID number to hand. It will also show them if there has been any modification of the path since the consolidated definitive map was produced in 2012. The new map was produced by the IT and GIS teams within Pembrokeshire County Council.

It can be viewed on Pembrokeshire County Council’s website by clicking here.
