Newport Local Producers' Street Market

Newport has held a successful and bustling street market on Market Street since 2011.  The Market is committed to the sale of Quality Local Produce and Products, from within a radius of 30 miles.

The Market is held every Monday from 9am-1pm, from March until September and through the holiday periods.

The aim is to have stalls selling produce or products that have been grown, reared, caught, picked, baked, smoked, processed or crafted by a local producer.

The Council is happy to consider applications from prospective stall-holders. We ask you to read the Market Rules and use the application form – both linked below.

There is limited space, so an application may not immediately result in the allocation of a stall.
